The PAI Group of companies are based within privately owned 15,000 sq. ft. premises in Llanelli, South Wales. This houses the group's management, design and operations teams, and also facilitates equipment storage and staging prior to delivery to site.
The PAI Group of companies have operated locally, nationally and internationally since formation in 1982. While our base of operations remains in South Wales, we have successfully operated worldwide.
Staff are directly employed and based across South Wales and England. Engineering teams are continually on the move throughout the UK, facilitating national coverage for clients.
Our strategic relationships with manufacturers expands this approach, and allows us to call upon industry partners for more in-depth support should this be required for design activities, installation or post contract support.
Logistically, we are one of the UK's most prolific integrators in terms of scaling to meet client needs.

AV / IT Project Engineer
Vaughan Sound Installations Ltd has a great opportunity for an AV / IT Project Engineer to join our operations team. The successful candidate will have onsite AV installation experience and the relevant technical and electrical expertise to effectively deliver specialist projects, covering a range of industry sectors and clients across the UK and Europe.
You will have high-level experience of installing a wide range of AV/IT equipment (audio, video, lighting and control). The ability to build racks, fault find, follow detailed cable schematics and supervise project delivery are all key to the role.
This position offers a basic hourly wage plus overtime, resulting in a salary of circa £25,000 to £30,000 per annum. Additionally, a contributory pension scheme and health plan is available after six months of employment.
Vaughan Sound Installations Ltd is seeking an experienced Material Controller / Storesman with a background in stock control and logistics. The successful candidate will be pivotal to the delivery of specialist AV projects across the UK and Europe.
You will ensure the effective operation of our Stores Department to manage all aspects of material movement within the Group, ensuring full traceability, accountability and cost allocation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all AV equipment and components, ensuring efficient work practices and supporting our Operations team in the delivery of all required services.
Knowledge of working within the audio-visual or electrical industry would be desirable to enable an understanding of the relevant materials and equipment, though this is not essential. The company is willing to offer any relevant training to the right candidate with a positive and can do attitude.
This position offers a salary of £18,000 to £20,000 per annum depending on experience, working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Additionally, a contributory pension scheme and health plan is available after six months of employment.
