PAI Group has concluded a three-month review of its market positioning and consolidated its activities to become more effective and customer focused in key areas. As a result the Group is pleased to announce the following changes:
With immediate effect, Vaughan Sound Installations (VSI) will be responsible for the entire service and support of the Group as a whole. VSI, through expansion, will also now undertake the small to medium contracts for PAI Group as well as continuing to contract in its existing markets. Five additional staff have been recruited to meet the demands associated with this expansion.
Lighting Technology Projects (LTP) will as before,
will be responsible for the Group's architectural and theatrical
lighting activities.
The newly formed PAI Group Ltd along with Link AV Ltd will in combination utilise the skills and experience gained over the past 25 years to grow its individual markets. PAI Group will predominantly focus on large corporate installations synonymous with the activities of the now superseded PA Installations. Link AV has been established to deliver sophisticated AV and environmental solutions within the growth sector of the domestic market.
Group CEO Paul Adams said: "This move is a positive step forward and allows us to utilise specific skill sets within the Group to their full potential. At the start of 2005 we identified substantial growth opportunities and embarked upon reorganisation. This expansion makes perfect sense and is now coming to fruition."
