PAI Group has just completed a restructure and reorganisation of
its operations.
This has resulted in a more defined approach to each business unit
and a recruitment drive aimed a major growth in 2005.
PAI is now headed by former technical manager Andy
Bonehill allowing chief executive Paul Adams to focus on expansion
across the group. PA Installations has also just recruited another
project manager - Steve Timlin. Two new apprentices have recently
joined – one for PAI, the other going to Vaughan Sound Installations.
Lighting Technology Projects is headed by Terry
Reeves and Richard Vaughan is director of Vaughan Sound Installations
– a company that will be celebrating 40 years trading next
year.
The Group has also appointed Keith
Fish as business development manager. The restructuring has been
developed in conjunction with John Howell, a former senior director
at steel-makers Corus, who joins on a six month contract.
