VSI replace lighting controls in the Marriott Hotel, Swansea

In conjunction with Charnic Interiors Vaughan Sound have completed the refurbishment of the prestigious Gower Suite in the Marriott Hotel, Swansea.

VSI were appointed to replace the sound and lighting control systems initially installed during the hotel’s construction. The new systems were able to utilise the existing cabling keeping the budget to a minimum.

The TOA M9000 digital mixer has been installed to provide comprehensive but user friendly control of the numerous inputs in the suite. In addition TOA F.series ceiling loudspeakers powered by a Cloud multichannel amplifier provide even coverage for the wide range of events that take place.

For the lighting system the Anytronics Anylight control system provides control of the numerous circuits via outstations located throughout the suite. Anytronics contractor packs provided the dimming solution for the existing fittings together with the digital dimming of the newly installed fluorescent fittings.

The end solution is a cost effective effective control of both sound and lighting systems in the Swansea’s premier function suite.
