VSI offers three different levels of maintenance support to fit client budgets and requirements:
Access - A standard inclusion on all newly completed installations, this package allows full access to our telephone and field support, including our 24 hour call out.
Core - In addition to the above, fully documented planned maintenance service, including preventative testing, cleaning and ‘failed’ replacement
is incorporated.
Max - Our flagship, fully inclusive support system. Fully outsource your support to our network of engineers inside an agreed annual budget.
Alternatively VSI can tailor a custom solution, including a fully documented planned Preventative Maintenance Programme for your own technical staff to implement, including assistance with consumable budgets.
