Guoman Thistle will shortly complete it’s refurbishment of the 5 star Royal Horse Guard hotel which overlooks the British Airways London Eye in
central London.
Link-AV have provided the technological solution for the 280 room refurbishment. I-pod interfaces for audio and video purposes have been installed alongside a computerised scene set control lighting system.
The bathroom benefits from an in wall TV screen and LED atmospheric lighting.
A unique interactive I-Sign, an illuminated combined room status display and call system developed for Thistle completes the picture.
Technically the hotel now can boast a competitive edge. In terms of operation, emphasis in the design has centred around simplistic control.
